Job Type: Full Time
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Site Supervisor to join our team and make a difference.
Our Site Supervisors are the back bone of our organisation, leading our on ground teams in best practice bush regeneration techniques. You will be responsible for the day to day on ground management and care of a variety of sites.
You will need to understand and apply best practice WHS&E and bush regeneration technique. You will also need excellent communication skills both written and verbal as you will be required to communicate with clients and on ground staff and you will also be required to write reports.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years as a Site Supervisor in Bush Regeneration
- Excellent bush regeneration skills
- Attention to detail and be deadline driven
- Industry WHS&E experience and knowledge
- Effective leadership and management skills
- A passion for the environment.
Essential
- White card
- Cert III in Conservation and Land Management
- Current First Aid
- Chem Cert (AQF3)
- Chainsaw ticket
- A manual Driver’s Licence

Bush regeneration is a physically demanding job that requires good physical health. This position will be required to travel to different sites around Sydney Metro, possibly up to 1.5 hrs/day, it will also require walking, carrying, kneeling, using pruning saw. The successful candidate will need to be able to handle the physical demands on the job.
